Our bid for a property has just been accepted in Cobham Close Wallington. We really liked the property, it's proximity to good schools and park nearby. When the initial survey from bank came in, it was mentioned that there are social housing near by(sharing a fence) and when we looked up further there are about 50 houses/apartments near by which is Olley Close. While I completely understand that not all social housing areas are of concern, would like reviews around this area.
