Wardrobes and picture rails

Hi! Can anyone help with an extremely non-problem?

I recently moved in to a 1930s house. It has lovely original doors and picture rails in the bedrooms. I am looking for an antique wardrobe for my daughter’s room and my favourites are all around 205-210cm high. The picture rail is 200cm.

Would it look silly if the wardrobe is just above the picture rail? Do I need to keep looking for a shorter one? Or a taller one?! I have no creative vision and can’t work it out.

FWIW, skirting and picture rail are about the same depth so it would have no impact on how the wardrobe fits - it’s just the appearance I’m thinking about.

Appreciate your thoughts!

I see no problem whatsoever and think it would be better too tall than too short.

I agree. The height will be fine
