Redoing shower

Hi all. I need to replace a worn out shower in our en-suite. We currently have a step in shower tray, but the doors to the shower are worn out and don't hang properly. Also, there is a very slight damp patch on wall indicating a leak somewhere. The shower has tiled walls.
I am not quite sure where to start in sorting this out. Should I engage a bathroom design service or do I need to purchase a new shower tray and doors myself and get someone to fit it? I would also need to get someone else to retile the bathroom.
Has anyone got any advice about a good way to proceed with this?🙏

I would go somewhere like Easy Bathrooms and get them to design a new en suite for you. They will give you the option of paying extra for an installation service too or you can find your own bathroom fitter.
