Commute if we moved to Worsley

I have just got a new job in the centre of Ashton-under-Lyne and it's coincided with us looking to relocate. Any experience of what the commute would be like from Worsley? We're thinking of moving there. Thanks!

What is the public transport like into Manchester City Centre? Thinking about for the kids as they get older.
