What's the best thing to reseal this window?

Our bedroom window (it's the small, rectangular one that opens at the top) is letting a cold draft through. It sounds like the window is open constantly but when I check it, it's not. I was absolutely freezing last night and wondering what's best to reseal it? It's almost as if the window isn't closing properly (but it looks fine)

Been looking at all sorts of products like tape, etc at Amazon but wondered if anyone has any personal recommendations? We can't afford to replace the windows yet. Thanks 😊

If it's not closing properly you should be able to feel a draft coming in? I can't visualise the type of window, sorry.

I would use tape, you may find only a small part of the window needs it. We had a similar situation with a downstairs cloakroom window, only had to use about 6 inches of it on one part of the window edge which closes. No more draft.

Clean the inner window and check the screws are still their, they might need adjustments. Obviously your windows might be different
