Hi all, I have been on the council bidding list for almost 3 years now, I have received an email to say I have been shortlisted for bidding position 1 and someone will be in touch to arrange a viewing, it's bee over 3 weeks and noone has contacted me does that mean they have offered it to someone else or will they contact me. Not sure what to do.

Hi , did you get any answers from Council? I am in similar situation like yours . I have been on the council bidding list for 7 years and I received on Friday the letter from them and confirmed I have made a successful bid I am the 1st applicant for the property and the letting team will contact me to arrange a viewing.Tomorrow are 7 days and nobody called me 🤷‍♀️.
