Hi, we are in the very fortunate position to have a plot of land for a self build and have just received positive feedback from the planners for our pre-application. Now need to finalise the design and put the full application in. It will be a 185 m2 chalet bungalow.
Has anyone here used Potton to do a self build, and if so, would you recommend them?
Alternatively considering going down the architect route and then putting the plans out to tender.
Any advice from previous self builders much appreciated, we're very new to all this and feels like a big decision! Thanks in advance :)
