Surveyor coming, tips?

Buyers surveyor is coming this week, any tips of things I may need to do, clearing window sills, cleaning etc, checking everything works ok, anything glaring I may forget to do?

They will have seen it all so don’t worry. But making sure they can get to windows, cupboards, attic, etc.

Make sure window frames are clean. They look for evidence of condensation / black mould. Also suggest leaving some windows open - a surveyor told me he can smell if a house has a damp problem as soon as he walks in (mine didn't, fortunately). Don't bother trying to hide anything, like cracks in plaster / ceilings - they can spot any attempts to cover anything up.

Have a ladder available if you don't have a loft ladder installed.

Maybe consider putting on a short skirt and a plunge top 👀
