Advice needed please

Hello can anyone help me please im moving home soon, and want to know do I need an electrician to unwire my cooker? As I dont have a scooby about this and scared to touch it myself. Will I look really stupid calling up a local
electrician to do this? Thank you.

Why are you taking the cooker?

When you say you’re moving, are you selling and buying? Renting?

If you are not comfortable doing it, call an electrician. I would because I have no idea about those sort of things and wouldn't be confident doing it myself. I would rather pay someone to do it and not have to worry about it than try and do it myself.
