Moving to Ascot

Hi all,

Im considering moving to the Ascot area, specifically South Ascot. Don’t know the area at all so am trying to do some research…anyone know whether this is a nice area? Any particular areas/streets to avoid? Also looking at Sunninghill and surrounding areas.

I think North Ascot is considered more upmarket but not 100% sure.

South Ascot is lovely. It is more upmarket than North Ascot but that makes it more expensive. Sunninghill also nice.

P.S. I wouldn't say there are any areas or streets to avoid as the Ascot area is generally lovely. Personally I'd look in South Ascot (if I could afford it) as it has a lovely feel, great schools (both independent and state e.g Charters), and is convenient for commuting if you need to get into London. It's also "prestigious" if you're someone who is into that.
