I have been posting on Craicnet, but it was suggested I might get more traffic here.
DD is working in Belfast and loves it and is planning to buy. She has several viewings lined up and if she finds something she likes, will want to move fast. She will want to carry out a full structural survey. Ideally the surveyor will be on various mortgage company lists but if need be will have a separate valuation survey. She is happy to pay extra for an efficient solicitor. (I have had bad experiences with cheap conveyancing firms.)
Any suggestions? TIA.
