Roof overflow pipe leak

Hello all

Pls kindly see the attached the picture of the overflow pipe on the roof leaking and causing all the greenish stain on the brick wall and floor

I am sure British Gas insurance does not cover the repair for this or am I mistaken?

Also is it something a good plumber can fix or do I need to find a gas engineer?
I am guessing they will have to go into the loft right?

I’d start with a plumber and yes they need to go into the loft. Our overflow pipe was dripping recently and it was a straightforward plumber job - fingers crossed yours is too.
