Cost to build a small garage

If anyone has done this please can you let me know how much it cost? The Internet estimates anything from £7,000 to £20,000 🤯

It would be about 4m by 3m, used for storage so not car. Ideally a sloping (not flat) roof. Thank you

Depending on what you want
we had a sectional concrete garage built really quickly for about 4.5k disclaimer that it replaced another older one ap we didn't need a base and we live in the North East so costs are generally lower for instalation etc. Was a bit dubious at first but we couldn't afford a brick one a the time and it was totally fine for storage

My parents had a single brick, not flat roof garage built about 5 yrs ago and it was 20k. Lovely garage, but we all took a breath in at the cost. Not an expensive area either.

That size isn’t a garage. It’s too short!! It’s a big shed. So get a shed. Miles cheaper!
