Bristol/Bath suburbs for quiet but diverse area?

Looking for a suburb with quieter roads, family friendly cafes, green spaces etc. Happy to go further out of the city to get a bigger garden and detached, but then seem to have to sacrifice diversity. Wondering if there's anything/anywhere I'm missing - suggestions would be appreciated! Budget is around 630k

Where will you be working? Do you need schools? Public transport?

(I have lived in Bristol, worked in Bath and now live in Keynsham).

Bishopston, Bristol: Close to the cricket ground, St Andrews Park, and a stone's throw from the Gloucester Road, which is very diverse and cosmopolitan, with numerous coffee shops, ethnic restaurants, and interesting shops. On street parking, mainly, though - not unlike most city centres.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Work is remote with occasional travel via bristol. I'd like decent public transport, station ideal but it not essential. And yes, will be looking for good schools, starting with primary in a year. Would like a primary with some ethnic diversity.

Thank you. Yes, street parking and budget doesn't stretch to the size of house garden I'd really like, unfortunately! Happy to go.fuether out to get those things, but not sure if what I'm looking for exists.
