I have another thread running but this is specifically on service charge and I am wanting advice whether this is a good service charge or a bad service charge.
The service charge is set is as set out below
'So the Service charge would be estimated for a period of year i.e September to September, it won’t change from the October to the April demand the only difference may be the split. I/e say your ‘Years demand was £2000. One half payment may be £1100 and the other £900.'
Is this a good or a bad way to do service charge?
