How much for this utility?

Can anyone give me a suggestion on how much this should cost?

For reference - not including washer/dryer but does include quartz worktop? (Happy to settle for cheaper worktop, but apparently laminate can't work with Belfast sink). Units are MDF.

Any suggestions welcome before I go to yet another supplier who bamboozles me with supposed offers then still quotes a super high price! Am concerned I might be well out of touch!

I can only help with a suggestion that whatever it costs, get a separate quote from an independent granite work top supplier in your area. It will almost certainly be cheaper.

I suggest you look at diy kitchens, the prices are very good and the online design tool works well. I designed my laundry room and my pantry with their units, and both are very nice.

Don’t forget to add fitting costs if you are not doing it yourself.

With a small worktop like this, you should get a very good price from your local merchant on a remnant piece if you are not too prescriptive about what you want. They usually have white and grey pieces in quartz left over from other projects.

Also consider ikea units, we have ikea kitchen units as bathroom vanities with bespoke fronts, they are very sturdy and you could never tell they’re ikea.

Here’s a very quick mock up from diy kitchens. You would need to add a side panel to the left of the washer/dryer tower as well as worktops, sink and taps, handles.
