Hi guys, we are based in West London, and looking to move.
We purchased our flat with HTB in 2021 at 390k. We now need to repay the govt loan in order to purchase the new property.
Can anyone recommend a decent RICS surveyor who can value our flat for redemption purposes?
Last year we had 2 valuations done and one 340k and other was 370k! Both valuations done 2 weeks apart. Can't understand how they could differ by so much.
Ideally we would need the valuation to be around the 385/390k mark so that we can pay back the loan and complete our onward purchase without putting up money from our own pocket.
So can anyone help with names of surveyors who we can "nudge" in right direction (so to speak!) 🤪
It's a 2bed 1bath new build (2020) flat at around 555sq ft in size FYI.
