Approx costings nowadays?

Hi

me and my dh are currently in the process of purchasing our next home (2nd time) and the kitchen and main bathroom need a fair bit of work.

I was hoping someone could help me understand approx costs of a few things?

  1. changing an induction hob to a gas hob.
  2. knocking down a wall - it’s a partial wall so is just between kitchen and utility but open to walk to and from if that makes sense. It’s not a load bearing wall.
  3. full kitchen refit - what’s the going rate these days? I don’t want any fancy stuff just some nice new cupboards and maybe a hot tap if I can afford it. Size - (3.68m x 3.12m) but with the utility incorporated it would be 5.96 mx 4.1m ish.
  4. retiling a bathroom - floor to ceiling completely needs doing. It’s not huge, it’s 1.93m x 1.83m. Probably teplace bath fixtures and taps but otherwise ok.
  5. putting up a plasterboard type wall in the garage halfway, adding some flooring in there too.

thank you and I hope I’ve given enough detail?
im only looking for approx prices. We were FTB and haven’t had to do such big jobs but we think this house may be the forever home…

It's a bit like asking how long is a piece of string, without knowing the quality of fittings you want & the sizes. But round my way you'd have little change from 20k for that lot. And that'd be if you shopped well.

I'd say close to £40k for that lot.
