There was also one on Rightmove a few months back in Sevenoaks where the house was completely derelict with no roof but there was still covers on the beds and curtains at the windows!!! Weird! I'd love to hear any you've found.

Ah! I thought that photo was a loft conversion. It's only clear from the floorplan ! 😂

I saw one recently where all the outside photos showed the garden completely flooded. I suppose it was honest, but not exactly likely to make people want to view the house.

@BG2015 Stoke-on-Trent is cheap though! Wouldn't get a 1 bed flat for that down here. Or a derelict ex council house

Stoke is cheap for a reason sadly. Although there are some amazing areas if you know where to look.
