I have been on the market since last October.
Lost 3 potential properties I wanted to buy
Reduced the price by £30,000
Viewings all positive but no offers.

NB - it's probably just the price, and if you are getting viewings its probably not massively overpriced

I just sold my house in less than a week (that's not to say it won't all fall through 😬🤞🤞🤞). Clear away all clutter. Clean it from top to bottom. Put fresh flowers everywhere. We had an open day, but that probably only works when fresh to market. Price it low but mark it for 'offers over' the lowest price you will accept. We got £30k over asking. Better for people to bid up, than to have to keep lowering. It might be worth taking it off the market for a short while and then coming back fresh.
