Floor plan of house

I bought my house directly from the daughter of the old owners so it never went through an estate agent. It previously hadn't been sold for 45 years so I don't have a floor plan and want to look at how I use the space using a floorplan as well as to understand the square footage. Is there a website that will help me do this myself?

If it's never been sold,. probably not. Do you know who the building company was?

No idea its a 1960s and it's the only type of this house on the street plus its had an extension.

unfortunately, you'll have to measure it yourself :( even EAs usually say their floorplan may have inaccuracies. It'll be annoying, but if you like the house, it might be worth it. Good luck

Try your local planning authority - they will have records from the 1960s. We got topline plans from them for a property we bought around 5 years ago, although they were on microfiche and required a special request.
