I asked for a copy of an AP1 form used to attach a lease to my property. I noticed that the company deleted the guidance notes to the left of section 13. I have seen this on other forms so knew straightaway something was missing. The guidance states if x is in the second column it means the company that sent the application represented you. There is a x in this column next to my name. What I’m trying to figure out is why they would do this. There must be a reason. Any ideas? The company did not get consent from my mortgage lender before attaching the lease. Could this be something to do with it?
