Estate agent response time

Hi all, just sense checking what I'm thinking about this. Seen a property we're potentially interested in advertised on estate agent's website. I rang yesterday lunch time to have a chat about it but no one answered so I left a voicemail. When would you expect a call back?

Having just bought a house and viewed loads, no. Everything is variable and some EAs are hot at responding and some not.
Be proactive- if you are seriously interested make sure you pursue it and don't waste headspace thinking other people should have done this that or the other, you'll miss houses that way!

Also tbh they probably don't want to chat about it much until you've seen it and they know how proceedable you are. Just pull out the stops to see it and chat there and after if you still like it.

I wouldnt assume they'd checked their voicemails.

such a time consuming way of leaving a message, especially for the recipient.
