HELP- getting new estate agent pics done on Wednesday and toddler has ripped wallpaper off the wall

It’s the wall right next to the front door- literally the first thing you see when you walk in.

You can see where DH has tried to patch up/paint over where he’s pulled it off before (and not done a great job to be honest) he says he’ll just have to do that again but I don’t think we’ll be able to get away with it now.

We desperately need to find a new buyer- we’re a family of 5 in a very small 2 bed flat and our last one dropped out last week.

What the hell do we do?!

Bit of a weird place to put a mirror though unless you are trying to make the rats look bigger.

If there are rats then the OP has bigger issues than wallpaper!

OP I agree that people will not look closely there. Patch up with filler and paint as best you can and they are likely to walk right past.

Ask the EA doing viewings to make sure they do any “end of viewing chat” in a different room.

If your toddler is very destructive I’m guessing the rest of the flat is not immaculate so buyers are likely to be factoring in redecorating anyway.
