Removing chimney breast

Hi

Could anyone advise if it is possible to remove a chimney breast after the loft has been converted into a habitable space?

The property is end of terrace and the chimney breast is not on the party wall (not shared with neighbour).

Don’t see why not. You’ll need appropriate structural engineer / architect plans but the fact the loft has been converted shouldn’t matter. Will likely need an appropriate lintel / beam placing into the wall and then chimney place taking out.
