Survey on a stand alone new build "eco" house

I'm looking at buying a house that has been built by an architect who acquired and developed the site i.e. it's not a normal new build developer. I want to get a full structural survey so that I understand all the ins and outs of this building. Does anyone know where I can find a surveyor who has experience in new build "eco" houses? It's in London. I'm not getting anywhere from just looking on the RICS listings.

What type of ‘eco’ house is it?

Ha! I may well have used that word ill-advisedly. I don't mean a passivhaus or anything fancy but rather just a house with a very high EPC that has triple-glazing, underfloor heating throughout and heat pump. I'm not sure if that makes it an eco house but it's pretty far from a terraced Vicky, which is what I'm used to. :)

Nice. It sounds like it’s the services rather than the building fabric that are less conventional then. So any structural engineer should be able to survey the frame, if that’s what you want. Doesn’t sound too unusual from what you’ve said tbh.
