Front door help!

How do I get this type of door? Do I need to source panels or something? Is it all one frame? Feeling very thick! I've tried reverse searching on Google to no avail.

Examples of Side panels for front door. We have one but that’s how the house was built. We just replaced the old ones with new ones, the company measured up and we chose the style then. (Not this company btw)

It would all be replaced at the same time. There's the door and then sidelights and top lights.
A good composite door company would be www.hallmarkpanels.com where you can design your door, although I think you might need one continuous toplight or two higher sidelights
or for a very good timber version try www.solarcalibrenorvik.com and download their Craftsman brochure. They should be able to put you in touch with local fitters.
