Hi, I'm renovating our kitchen but really stuck on what work surface to buy. Has quartz in our last home and loved it, apart from how cold it was. I thought it was just that our kitchen was cold but I'm wondering whether it was the quartz 🤔as there was a lot of work surface and our kitchen was really cold! Has anyone found quartz made their kitchen colder?

I decided not to use quartz in my kitchen for that reason. I posted a fuller answer on the other quartz thread by mistake.

I have quartz, can’t say I’ve ever noticed that. And I’m someone who feels the cold terribly.

Hi, what was your fuller reply? How can I find that. Really interested to hear all/any helpful points!

ive also got quartz , they will adjust to the rooms temperature .

These are a better choice which I’ve got in my utility room .
