London under 900k

Where in London can you still get a decent 3 bed house under 900k? Nice areas only please!

Near West Acton Tube on Central Line. Conservation area with terraced tudorbethan houses, much sought after due to proximity to Japanese School nearby. Have garages.
(Disclaimer I don't live in one but I've always wanted to!)
Pitshanger Estate, not so good for tube but a short hop to Ealing Broadway and Elizabeth Line
Northfields is Piccadilly Line but getting pricier by the day

You'll get a bit more for your money south of the river and if you're ok with the trains as opposed to the Tube

Beckenham, Bromley, Eltham, Anerley, Sydenham, Penge, West Norwood, Crystal Palace. Streatham, (but not Streatham Vale.) All good areas with good connections into London and good existing local communities to tap into.
