Velux type window - how much was yours!

I’m thinking of getting an additional velux in our ground floor extension- any ideas of cost?

I couldn’t get anybody to ever quote me for one! Tried a few times then gave up!

Oh that’s annoying! I’ve had the same with interior doors.

I had the same experience as @CuriousGeorge80 . I approached several companies on Velux' own list of approved fitters, but they either didn't get back to me, said they were too busy, or that it would be difficult to do. I still want a Velux window, but I think I'll have to content myself with a sun tunnel.

I’ll make some calls next week and see if I get anywhere!
