Been asked to provide planning consents for conservatory built 6 years before we moved in and now 24 years ago. The consent is easy to find on the publicly available planning portal - why are they expecting us to do their admin?

I'm a little worried you're selling the house I'm buying because I've been told this is what we're waiting for on our purchase 🤣

I dont understand why to be honest, you don't need planning permission for a conservatory do you? All seems a bit mad to me.
