Accidentally listed property for sale

I am looking at selling my home, I last listed it in 2016 and prices have gone up a lot since then. I had professional photos taken in 2016 and the estate agent said I can use them again if I can get them from the Purplebricks app. This has turned out to be near impossible and in the process of trying to access them I accidentally clicked to relist the property for sale.

I had hoped that ticking that box would take me through to a screen to view and download the images before confirming anything. But it just listed the entire advert as it was in 2016! I immediately took it down but now on zoopla it looks like the property has just been listed for sale £150,000 less than it's currently market value.

How can I get this 2 minute listing removed from the history of the property?

First step is to contact Purple Bricks.

@Flubadubba I did via the online chat and they said I need to contact the local agent, so I've sent them a message. Although I'm not sure how much work they will put into solving it when I've not been their customer since 2016.

@Chersfrozenface thanks the chat bit didn't work and it asked me to login to a pro account which I don't have, I tried sending them a message. I've been told by a friend that if it's relisted with another agent this listing will disappear. I don't know if there are other sites that track this stuff I'd need to contact as well.
