Do Argos deliver furniture to upstairs rooms?

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong forum, but I was thinking about buying a wardrobe (quite a small one for child) and chest of drawers, ready assembled, from Argos. Was wondering if their delivery guys are willing to bring the stuff upstairs? I am on my own and I don't really want to impose on anyone by asking them to help me heave furniture up a flight of stairs.

In my experience no they dropped it at the door

Were those perhaps lockdown rules? (she asked hopefully)

Argos delivered my sofa bed to an upstairs bedroom, in November. Two man delivery.

Yes, ordered a bed and sofa both were delivered to the room of our choice upstairs

I’d email them direct and check

Yes will definitely check before I order. I know that the Covid rules did mean a sort of 'everything dumped at the front door and leave' approach, but I did have a sofa delivered to my living room after that. Was just wondering about stairs.

I'd check, but I'd hope so! We had a bed delivered recently, but not from Argos, and they put it together as well.
