Has anyone used EXPRESSOFFERS to sell there home?

Our house is on the market and my partner wants to get it sold quickly. It's been on the market around 5 months. We've had a letter today from express offers which is a "we buy any house" type company. Has anyone used these to sell (or similar) Did they undercut last minute? How long did it take to complete?

companies like that usually pay around 70% of the market value. Do some google searches. Good luck I hope you get a buyer soon.

I thought that was probably the case. I tried looking into them but couldn't find much information reviews wise. Trust pilot they were 4 stars but those didn't seem genuine and mainly based on the customer service of an initial phone call rather then an actual sale 🙄

Just have an honest conversation with your agent. Ask them what price to reduce to to get the offers rolling in. If you price low enough it will sell at considerably more than those shysters will offer..
