Will this be an easy gutter repair?

Following the storm a section of guttering has come loose. Will this be as easy as someone with a ladder clipping the section of guttering in place or do I need a roofing/guttering contractor to repair it?

Looks like you might need to add a bracket before clipping it back in place. If you have someone to hold your ladder I'd say DIY job,.
