National Homebuyers; anyone know anything?

So our house has been on the market a couple of weeks and this morning we got a letter from National Homebuyers potentially offering cash sale. I actually think they probably wouldn't be interested in this house for various reasons, but I'm just wondering if anyone has had any dealings with them or knows how they operate? TIA.

Did you look in to this any further please? I've just had a letter too and want to known it was a viable option?

I had one and they are a total scam, they will offer 70-80% of the minimum value of your house and are pretty well known to threaten pull out and make a shocking low offer moments before you sign the sales contract.

Avoid at all costs.
