Can anyone tell me that the little pipe is? It’s got water coming from it soaking the walls…..I’m in a terrace and it’s coming out of neighbours house but water is soaking bricks on my house. Is this their pipe? What could be causing the water and do you think it’s fixable? Thanks for any advice!

Sounds like the overflow pipe from the toilet cistern

HappyHamsters · 21/01/2024 14:07

Yep, orovably an overfishing pipe, fixable but they need a plumber to sort it, might just be a new ball cock needed for the loo.

Either overflow or condensing pipe from boiler?

Looks like an overflow pipe, could be from the toilet, water tank, bath, you need to tell them so they can fix it.

Yep, overflow pipe - usually from the toilet or bath.
