I was wondering if anyone can help me. We have two bathrooms upstairs, and a downstairs w/c directly below one of these in a downstairs utility room. We don't use the downstairs w/c but after a few days brown a smelly liquid appears in the bowl sometimes with solids. How is this getting there? And what can I do to stop it?
