Looking to buy a house built in 1880. I have sold a house before (my DF property when he died) but I have never owned before.
We are having a second viewing on Monday. What should we be doing? I am fairly certain we will make an offer. I noticed another post saying download the property deeds first to look at them but what are we looking for?!
Once we make an offer do we get a surveyor?
Old as I am I feel really anxious about this!
