Bathroom floor

We have an old Victorian house and are looking to create a new bathroom in one of the bedrooms in a traditional style.
Would you recommend LVT (luxury vinyl tiles) or tiled floor with underfloor heating? The latter option obviously more expensive. We have DSes aged 3 and 5 months so lots of splashing expected!

I have LVT in my newish bathroom. Lovely and warm underfoot and easy to clean. LVT is waterproof but no young kids to prove it.

We have Amtico LVT in our bathrooms. It's fab. No UFH upstairs, but it's never cold underfoot anyway.

You can have Amtico with UFH. Works well.

Hadn't heard of Amtico - looks fab. Thank you!
