Where to start? We need to choose all of them for a house renovation - modern house and would love statement radiators downstairs where people see them (love the cool
colours I see on various ads) and probably cheaper ones upstairs but anyone care to share ones they’ve loved for efficiency and looks and budget?

I don't know much about radiator fashion.

What I would think a bit about though is what the future heat source for the radiators is likely to be.

So for example if you are currently on a gas boiler, it would be a real pain if you got "statement" radiators at huge cost, only to find that when you replaced a gas boiler for a heat pump in 5 years time the output power is not high enough.

I agree. I would go for underfloor heating asuch as possible. You can put it upstairs and you can have carpet over the top if you buy special carpet and I assume underlay
