90cm width Dinning Table - is this wide enough?

Hi
Looking to get a rectangle dinning table with a width of 90cm. Will this be wide enough? Not sure of length yet. It’s for a new kitchen
/dinner extension and don’t want it to feel too cramped. Will have a 90cm wide peninsular very close by to put serving dishes on for when we are entertaining the family. Only hubby and myself.
Been used to a 120cm wide table in our old existing dinning area but that does feel too wide except at Xmas time. This may well become our study.

ours is 90cm and is fine! Extends length ways and we’ve seated 12 with food in the middle

90cm is plenty wide enough and shouldn't feel cramped at all.

We have a 90cm wide table and the only time I get an issue is trying to decorate the table for Xmas with a centrepieces plus all the plates etc it ends up far too cramped, for every day use it's fine.

Thanks for confirming that it’s a squeeze at Xmas time. Think we should be OK
as I don’t really decorate the table and the peninsula is so close by to serve up the plates from. Having 90cm will give us plenty of room for the chairs etc and not feel hemmed in.
