I am so impatient but we offered in theory on another house and they have other viewers end of this week. I can't stand the tension.

How quick are offers generally given after viewing?

i don't think anything is different, the photos are really good and i don't think show anything that isn't true to life. I really can't see what the issue could be. It's smaller than perhaps people would like but that's detailed in the floor plan etc.

It's a really cosy house. I wonder how many proceedable buyers there are, this would appear to a first time buyer.

You probably just have to be patient tbh. Your EA should be telling you if there is a common theme in what viewers are saying. You may just need to wait for the right person to come through the door or to sort out their finances.

Selling property takes time, in most cases it will be weeks or months.

Are you still around @Nitgel ? Just wondering how you got on with your house sale? We’re currently up for sale and have had 6 viewings with a 7th booked in over 3 weeks but no offer, and only little feedback which has been positive.

Hi yes we got an offer a week after I posted and were now in our lovely new house. We had so many viewings but it only takes one offer 😄

Good luck

@Nitgel Great update, very pleased for you. I agree it only takes one buyer to fall in love with your house.

Ah congratulations! Glad it was a positive outcome
