Our neighbours lengthy renovation project is close to an end and we want our party wall surveyor to check that one of the more technical aspects of the build was completed as agreed. However he appears to have gone AWOL and is not responding to calls, texts or emails! He was brilliant when the agreement was being put in place this time last year. Any ideas on how we are protected? Thanks
