I know this is completely is situation dependent but would anyone share their recent house sale price vs asking price?
We are under offer by a cash buyer, no chain and were listed 'offers over' and accepted an offer £15,000 under so 2% ish.
We will be cash buyers (as in no mortgage) but will obviously be reliant on the sale of ours first and I'm wondering what sort of offers feel right in the current market?
