New Malden school "dead zone"

We're looking to buy in New Malden and I've seen a few posts mentioning a school dead zone. Does anyone know whereabouts this might be? I've been using information from Kingston borough and door to door calculators, but worried that the area we love is this area because its much cheaper than the rest of New Malden...

Does anyone have any advice? We've found a house that we love but cannot figure out why it's like £100k cheaper than 3 roads away...

hi, I don't really know New Malden at all in terms of schools, but I am currently purchasing a house in SE London. It needs extensive reno and we got the price down significantly for that, but also because we discovered the schools do not cater well to the area at all. So, we reduced our price more knowing this would impact resale.
