I am currently looking at the following works in the new year/Spring:
Repoint chimney
Investigate source of damp patches on wall in upstairs bedroom/possibly relates to chimney/and fix this
Remove and refit partition wall to change shape of bedroom
Move radiator in 2x rooms
2x new rads in other rooms
Complete bathroom refit
- Includes moving partition wall to take some space from another room, moving the doors etc, new suite, tiling, etc, moving boiler, removing wardrobes from bedroom and removing and installing new carpet
Just not sure if I need a builder for the chimney/damp part of this, and a plumber/bathroom company for the rest? Or if one building company could do all this?
Once I've worked that out, how on earth to go about finding these relevant people to help me?
