Built in wardrobe for toddler - how to configure?

We are getting our built in wardrobes reconfigured to suit our needs. Our 17 month toddler’s room is the former master bedroom and has 2 built in wardrobes in alcoves on either side of a fireplace mostly with railing (one has a few shelves too). For now I’d like to store all her clothes in the wardrobes but they are all small things and nothing really needs hanging. What would you do with the wardrobes? Can anyone show me some inspiration? Is there any way to make it suit her needs now but be adaptable for when she is bigger and has more clothes that need hanging and maybe toys to store as well?

Can you fit drawers/sheltering unit in the wardrobe? Might work so youndont have to rip them out?

DS has a built in wardrobe that used to be a toddler room (before we bought the house).

He has 3 doors. The single door is 3 drawers at the bottom, and shelving the rest of the height.
The double doors have 2 rails, and a solid shelf above the bottom rail. He hangs stuff from the lower rail, and dumps e.g. PE stuff, teddies he doesn't want his mates to see etc on the shelf. Doesn't use the top rail.
He uses the drawers and zcouple if shelves above that for teeshirts, socks etc. Think the highest shelves are empty.

I would see if somewhere like IKEA had an internal wardrobe module that could sit in the bottom of one wardrobe, and put a lower rail in the other wardrobe.

Important question, I was wondering as well. Drawer units make built-in wardrobes quite versatile.
