Had a lovely Christmas but wow did our place feel small. We’ve been steadily outgrowing it for ages!
Did some rough sums and can afford about £1.2m in London. We live in north London now and are tied to an approx area around it. So would consider as further east as Hackney and as further west as west Hampstead.
Where would you go for somewhere that’s at least 1500 sq ft with a garden? (Okay if a fixer upper at that price). But is also a very lovely place to live?
