How to get building work done that neighbours need to do in my property but no longer talking to them?

Long story short, next door neighbours put a hole in my wall as a result of their renovations. I rent, they own.

They have been consistently demanding and hostile to me regarding their works and needing access to my property and expect me to work around them when I work full time.

The climax was them directly contacting my landlord to tell them I'm refusing access. Letting agent spoke to landlord and called me to tell me he's incandescent with rage at my neighbours because I've been more than amenable.
As a result the landlord called my neighbour to put them straight. They hated this and since then I've received abusive messages from them. I said I will not be bullied by them and blocked them.

I had part of the hole in the wall plastered this work. However the remaining work still needs to be done and I'm wondering how this will get sorted with me no longer engaging with them.

Will the landlord need to do it or the letting agent?

The other option is for the Party Wall Surveyor/s to agree how much this would cost to fix, they send him a cheque and he arranges the repairs with a contractor of his own choosing. That might be a better option in this scenario.

Equally if the property is managed by the agent they could be used to arrange access.

It's the landlord's property, so either he or his agent should handle. Contact them with photos.

As for the harassment- log it and report to police if it's severe enough. You want to log it in case it escalates.
